Training & Support

Our company believes our marketing, training, and ongoing hospital client relations must be integrated, consistent, and continuous. The same account representative who assists in your initial marketing presentations will provide your training, and follow up on any issues your staff may have after the program becomes operative.

Once your hospital decides on a specific program and the contracting process is completed then your account representative will oversee staff training. Training may be provided onsite, via a series of phone conference calls, and/or may be web based. Our AccessOne® Training Manual simplifies the training process.

Display racks for patient marketing brochures and applications for the specific AccessOne program chosen by your hospital are provided without charge as are the training manuals. In addition your staff receives “Talking Points & Estimated Payment Charts” which make explaining the program so simple!
