At AccessOne, we believe it is our proprietary software system and reporting that sets us apart for the competition. Our system allows us to offer a medical credit card with better features such as our interest free options. Because we have design control and complete access to our database the reporting possibilities are constantly being improved.
Our reporting falls into 3 categories; weekly operational reporting called Client Action Requests (CAR Report), a Monthly Financial Settlement, and a package of Monthly Performance Reports. Data can be exchanged in a number of ways, but many of our clients are essentially paperless.

Our proprietary software supports and maximizes hospital referrals from all registration areas, your central or external business office, and your financial counselors or eligibility vendor.
