An Unfunded Patient Friendly Alternative Program
The unfunded program offers the participating patient's a payment plan where their interest rate is a lower fixed rate and they have a 12 month interest free option. This program is not funded. The hospital is paid 100% of the cardholder payments less a greatly reduced service fee. This program is for the hospital that does not need the upfront cash that funding provides, wants a lower cardholder interest rate, and reduced hospital service fee. This program is also benificial to the hospital that has a bond restriction for the sale of its self-pay receivables, or does not qualify for funding.
